Refund & Cancellation
Last updated 2025-11-18
Timeframe
For packaged advisory engagements, cancellation requests received more than fourteen days before the documented kickoff date are eligible for a full refund of amounts paid for that package, minus non-recoverable third-party fees if disclosed in writing in advance.
Requests received within fourteen days of kickoff may receive a partial refund as described under eligibility and exceptions.
Contact
Refund requests must be emailed to team@flashcorelight.digital with the engagement name, invoice reference, and reason for cancellation.
We acknowledge requests within one business day under normal operations.
Eligibility
Eligibility depends on work performed. If deliverables or workshops have already been consumed, fees for those units are non-refundable.
Deposits labeled non-refundable in a signed proposal remain non-refundable if clearly stated before payment.
Process
We review the statement of work, verify payments, and confirm any partial completion with project leads.
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method where technically possible within ten business days of approval.
Scope
This policy applies to professional services sold directly by PayLattice Advisory through flashcorelight.digital or associated contracting channels.
Third-party marketplace purchases may be governed by separate marketplace rules.
Exceptions
No refund is available where services were completed and accepted, or where delay or non-delivery arises from client failure to provide agreed access or materials.
If force majeure prevents delivery, parties will negotiate a credit or rescheduled timeline before processing refunds.

Disputes about refund eligibility are escalated internally to a managing consultant not involved in day-to-day delivery of the disputed engagement.
Eligibility — continued
If work was performed but deliverables were deemed unsatisfactory, remedy begins with a remediation plan before monetary refund unless remediation is impractical.

Chargebacks initiated with financial institutions without first contacting us may delay resolution while records are assembled.
Exceptions — continued
Custom legal or filing fees incurred on your behalf are never refundable once paid to external bodies.
