PayLattice Advisory

Checkout connectivity · Seoul operations desk

Seoul · remote-friendly

PayLattice Advisory is a small practice that pairs with product and platform crews when checkout connectivity needs adult supervision: fewer mystery states, fewer midnight pages, and documentation that survives the next reorg. We are deliberately narrow—integration planning, rehearsal, and review—not generic strategy theater.

Checkout connectivity without the heroics

  • Named owners for rehearsal, rollback, and comms—before traffic moves.
  • Activity logs, UI states, and support scripts aligned to the same vocabulary.
  • Measured handoffs for Gateway Setup and Subscription Billing packages already on the site.

Before / after, without the fairy tale

Honest contrast: what teams tolerate before they call us, and what changes once rehearsal discipline exists. No miracle metrics, just fewer surprises.

Before

  • Cutover plans lived in three tools and none matched.
  • Engineers learned about copy changes from shoppers on social.
  • Postmortems named people, not systems.

After

  • Single checklist versioned with the release tag.
  • Copy and telemetry reviewed in the same pull request when possible.
  • Retros cite signals, owners, and follow-up tickets.

Consultation block — led by Leo Han

A sixty-minute working session, not a pitch. Leo brings the managing consultant view: scope risk, sequencing, and where teams usually skimp on rehearsal.

Voices from recent packages

Mixed formats on purpose: the Gateway Setup — Seoul launch lane rehearsal grid made our on-call roster legible for once, and the mild jab about owners was fair.
